“I have a keen eye for tactics and am well versed in accessing the law and have a sound capacity to analyse all forms of litigation.”
Family Law & Commercial Litigation
Glenn was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia in 1986.
Glenn has the rare distinction of being one of only a small number of lawyers in Victoria who have double Specialist Accreditation. As an Accredited Specialist, Glenn has been recognised by the Law Institute of Victoria as having a high level of skill, superior knowledge, experience and proficiency in Commercial Litigation and Family Law.
As a litigation specialist, Glenn has achieved some of the highest damages settlements for his clients in personal injuries action in Victorian legal history.
Glenn is particularly computer literate, meaning that he has well-developed proficiency in the application of high end technology which ensures that his clients receive state of the art communication and service.
Glenn also has proficiency in foreign languages in particular, classical languages, French and Italian. He has obtained a Diplôme d’Etudes Françaises from the Université de Caen, France as well as, of course, his Honours Law Degree and an Arts degree, majoring in languages, from the University of Melbourne.
Glenn has had a long involvement in sport especially as a football umpire and then as a coach and mentor up to and at VFL level, as well as having had administrative and governance experience, having been a Director of a major country football league. Glenn’s principal recreational pursuits now are trying to pretend that he is a potential Tour de France winner and wondering when Richmond will ever again finish higher than 9th on the AFL Ladder.
