“I understand that the legal system is complex and daunting to many people. I am able to help my clients navigate through this maze using an individualised approach to resolve matters efficiently in what can otherwise be a sensitive time.”
Dylan has been with Pearce Webster Dugdales since 2017. He began his legal traineeship with the firm in 2019 and was admitted to practice in March 2020. Since then, he continues to develop his expertise in all practice areas offered by the firm.
Dylan has experience in both contentious and non-contentious legal matters, allowing him to appreciate the sensitivity of legal disputes, whilst being able to analytically and innovatively respond to all potential scenarios.
Dylan completed his Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management) at La Trobe University in 2018. In the Honours component of his law studies, Dylan prepared a thesis which focused on an analysis of the role of the Family Court of Australia in authorising medical treatment for transgender children.
During his studies, Dylan also gained invaluable experience working with in-house counsel at La Trobe University Legal Services on commercial and business-related matters.
He is results-oriented and strives to adopt a client-focused yet commercial approach to litigation. He seeks to collaborate with clients to ensure that they both understand and achieve the best possible outcome in their matter.
