Chris was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia in 1965.
Chris has extensive experience in complex matters in the areas of Wills and Estates, Estate Administration and Property Law.
He was responsible for the Torrens Mortgage Scheme which is an ASIC licensed entity for first mortgage lending.
Chris’s interest in this area continues Pearce Webster Dugdales’ longstanding involvement with mortgage lending.
Chris has successfully acted in matters relating to contamination of land and compensation arising from planning acquisitions.
