Ainsley has been with Pearce Webster Dugdales since 2013. She began her legal traineeship with the firm in 2016 and was admitted to practice in June 2017.
Ainsley works closely with our team of lawyers in all practice areas offered by the firm including, Civil Litigation, Crimes Compensation, Estate Litigation, Wills and Estate Administration, Family Law, Commercial Law, and Property Law.
Ainsley has a strong academic background. She graduated from Monash University with First Class Honours and was employed by the University as a tutor and mentor for law students in criminal law, tort law and contract law.
During her time at University, Ainsley was a long term volunteer at Springvale Monash Legal Service, where she assisted clients with a variety of legal problems and regularly appeared as an advocate in the Magistrates’ Court.
Ainsley also gained experience at Springvale Monash Legal Service in assisting victims of crime, a passion which she has carried into her practice at Pearce Webster Dugdales. Ainsley has successfully resolved many applications to the Victims of Crime Assistance Tribunal, as well as claims for compensation under the Sentencing Act in the County Court and Supreme Court.
Ainsley takes a personal interest in each of her clients and approaches her work with a strong commitment to resolving her clients’ legal needs. She is passionate about legal work which promotes fairness and takes great satisfaction in helping victims to access legal assistance to support their recovery process.
