Background

John Henry joined Tolhurst Druce & Emmerson in 1988 and was a Partner in that firm for 22 years from 1989 to 2011. After retiring from a partnership with Tolhurst Druce & Emmerson, John took on a full time consultancy role with that firm and has over 40 years of legal experience, practising principally in the area of Wills, Estates and Property Law
John brings a combination of high level legal skill and a dedication to the personal attention of his clients. Under his guidance all matters are handled with sensitivity, professionalism and care.
John is accredited by the Law Institute of Victoria as a Specialist in Wills and Estates. John is also a Fellow of the Society of Notaries of Victoria.
Prior to joining Tolhurst Druce & Emmerson, John was a partner with Turner Ness & Davis and Sly & Weigall.
