Glenn was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia in 1981

Glenn and Brad Cunningham are the partners of Pearce Webster Dugdales. Glenn was formerly the Principal of Harvey Lawyers, a boutique family law firm established in 2003. Harvey Lawyers was merged with Pearce Webster Dugdales in 2011 when Glenn and Brad acquired the long- established firm of Pearce Webster Dugdales.

Glenn has the distinction of being one of a select number of lawyers in Victoria who have Specialist Accreditation. As an Accredited specialist Glenn has been recognized by the Law Institute of Victoria as having a high level of skill, superior knowledge, experience and proficiency in Family Law.
