Bradley was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor to the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia in 1983.  Together with Glenn Harvey, Bradley became one of the Partners of Pearce Webster Dugdales when they acquired this long-established firm in 2011.

Bradley has the rare distinction of being once of a select  number of lawyers in Victoria who have attained accreditation as a specialist in two areas of law – Family Law and Commercial Litigation.

When not practising law, Bradley has been known to play various sports.  He is the current Chair of the Victorian Ice Hockey Association’s Disciplinary Tribunal and President of the Elwood Park Tennis Club Inc.  Bradley is also a member of the Flinders Golf Club.
